Its 7.31am on the 11th of January 2012. I am tired.I have been awake since 4.30am wondering how to get my life back on track. The big thing I need to sort out first is my weight and health. Despite my lifestyle and the things i do to my body I have so far been lucky and never had any major health problems ( Physically – Mental health issues are something else !! ). I want to sort this side of things out before I change other things in my life. My weight yo-yo’s! In the Summer I was 14st and was fit and healthy and now 6 months later I am 16 st…My body feels exhausted and is trying to tell me that I can not continue like this yo-yo life sytle. This year is the big year that we all go through – turning 40 years old! only 9 months.
Where would I like to be at that point – Health wise 13 & 1/2 Stone, Fit and Healthy.
One of the first things I am going to start doing is to plan my food / meals and shopping lists. I want to avoid high sugar and high fat processed foods…
So here goes. Day one is tomorrow…. food on the way … blog on here what I am eating and doing.
